This article will walk you through how to create a new Metlife credential to be used for Eligibility AI.
- Go to dentalprovider.metlife.com/public/metDentalRegistration and click "Request Access".
- Enter in the following fields using the email address from the MFA Management section of Eligibility AI, and click “Next”.
- From the MFA Management section in Eligibility AI, retrieve the OTP and paste it into the payer website to validate the email.
- Enter your desired username and password and click “Register”. Your Metlife account should now be set up and ready to use.
