  1. Navigate to https://www.ameritas.com/service/login.asp and choose 'Register Now' to create an account for a new user
  2. Enter the first and last name, followed by the email address of the user. Use the email generated in Eligibility AI.
  3. Enter the desired User ID and set a password to create the account login.
  4. Select your preferred security questions and provide answers, then click 'Create Account'.
  5. Once the account has been created, click 'Continue' to login. Enter in the newly created username and password and click 'Sign in'.
  6. After logging in, click the 'Get Started' button to set up 2-factor authentication.
  7. Select Email Address as the verification method.
  8. Use the email address from your Eligibility AI account and click 'Next'.
  9. This code can be found in your Eligibility AI account under Administration > MFA Management. Click the copy button next to code and paste it into the Ameritas website.
  10. Copy the code into the Ameritas website and click 'Next'.
  11. You should now have full access to your newly created Ameritas credential. Please enter this into Eligibility AI under Administration > Payer Credentials.
    1. Click New Payer Credential
    2. Select Ameritas then enter in the username and password and click save.
