Download the DentalXChange Desktop Service application in order to manually upload your batch claims.

  1. Select the link to view the download options for DentalXChange Desktop application.
    1. The DentalXChange Desktop Service page opens to the Upload Claims tab, with the steps for using the Upload Claims feature listed below.
  1. Select the appropriate download option for your machine.
  1. Run the set up file opening the downloaded .exe file. 
    1. If a version of the DentalXChange Desktop Service application has already been installed on the computer, a pop-up will state "This setup will perform an upgrade of 'DentalXChange Desktop Service'. Do you want to continue?"
    2. Select Yes to continue.
  2. The InstallShield Wizard will launch. Select the Next button and continue with the DentalXChange Desktop Service InstallShield Wizard by selecting the correct actions. Once the install has completed, select Finish to close the InstallShield Wizard
  1. Continue to Batch Upload screen to upload your first file. Click here for more information on how to upload a batch claim file.
