If you need to reset your password for any reason, you can do so on the DentalXChange website. Alternatively, if you receive an email notification 7 days prior to your password expiring, you can start from Step 3.
- Click "Forgot your username or password?"
- Enter your username and email associated with the DentalXChange account and click "Continue"
- If the email you entered is associated with a DentalXChange account, you should receive an email with a direct link to reset your password.
- Enter your new password and make sure that it includes at least three of the following: an upper case letter, lower case letter, digit, and special character.
- Click "Continue" and proceed to log in with your new password.
