Uploading Files to CredentialConnect

During the course of using CredentialConnect, there will be cases where uploading a file during the application submission process or when processing an application is required. CredentialConnect supports a wide range of file types and sizes to accommodate the varying needs of providers and payers.

When uploading a file, you may notice the information icon. By hovering your mouse over this icon, you will be shown the allowed file types and sizes.

What file types are currently supported in CredentialConnect?
The following file formats are currently supported: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, tiff, svg, pdf, doc, docx, rtf, xls, xslx, csv, ppt, pptx
What is the maximum file size I can upload in CredentialConnect?
Each file upload can be a maximum of 10 MB
What should I do if my file is not supported?
We suggest changing the file type to a supported format and compressing large files so they can be uploaded to CredentialConnect.

You can use free tools such as CloudConvert.com to change the file type and compress large files.
