Uploading Files to CredentialConnect
Updated by Michael McLeod
During the course of using CredentialConnect, there will be cases where uploading a file during the application submission process or when processing an application is required. CredentialConnect supports a wide range of file types and sizes to accommodate the varying needs of providers and payers.
When uploading a file, you may notice the information icon. By hovering your mouse over this icon, you will be shown the allowed file types and sizes.
What file types are currently supported in CredentialConnect?
What is the maximum file size I can upload in CredentialConnect?
What should I do if my file is not supported?
You can use free tools such as CloudConvert.com to change the file type and compress large files.
