How to Update Expiring Supporting Documents

To update the requested document, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log onto DentalXChange.com.
  1. On the homepage, click on Credentialing.
  1. Click on User Profiles on the left-hand side, under Management.
  1. Find the provider you received the notification for. Click on the green folder icon next to the provider’s name.
For groups with a long list of providers, it is recommended to use the filter feature at the top to find a provider.
  1. Click on the green folder icon next to the provider’s name. Scroll down and click on the upload document button.
  1. Choose document type, enter the information requested, and upload document.
  1. Delete the expired document by clicking on the red trash icon under Actions.
Login information is required to update expiring certifications. For assistance with a forgotten username or password, please contact the Credentialing Department at 800-576-6412 ext. 471.
