Password Recovery

To reset an account password, click on the Forgot your username or password? link under the login fields.

A pop up will appear requesting username and email. Password reset instructions will be sent to the email provided.

If the username and email provided do not match, an error message will appear above the login section.

If you do not remember your CredentialConnect username and/or email, please contact the credentialing department at 800-576-6412 ext. 471.
