This article will walk you through how to create a new United Concordia credential to be used for Eligibility AI.

  1. Go to unitedconcordia.com/business-services/dentists/get-started and click “Log In/Create an Account”.
  2. Click “Register”.
  3.  Select “Dentist”.
  4. Scroll down and enter in the Provider NPI and Tax ID, then agree to the Provider Agreement. Click “Next.”
  5. Enter in the following information and use the Eligibility AI email from the MFA Management section for the email address.
  6. Select a security question, then answer it and click “Submit”.
  7. Click “Done” and go to the MFA Management section to view the message from the payer.
  8. Go to the activation link that was sent and enter in the username and password you just created and click “Log in”.
  9. Click “My Account” and select “Account Security”.
  10. Click “Manage MFA Preferences”.
  11. Click “Enable” under the Email section.
  12. Enter in the email address from Eligibility AI and click “Submit”.
  13. Go to the MFA Management section in Eligibility AI and grab the OTP that was delivered. Paste it into the payer website and click “Verify”.
