This article will walk you through how to create a new Guardian credential to be used for Eligibility AI.

  1. Go to https://signin.guardianlife.com/ and choose “Register” to create an account for a new user.  
  2. Choose “Guardian Anytime” to continue. 
  3. Choose “A healthcare provider” before clicking “Start registration”. 
  4. Next, agree to the Terms & Conditions. 
  5. To start, fill out the basic identification information for the provider. 
  6. Fill out the Contact Information. Enter the first and last name, followed by the email address and phone number. Use the email and phone number from Eligibility AI. 
  7. Set a username and password then click “Submit Registration”.  
  8. The site will refresh. Use the created user name and password to log in. 
  9. Next, authenticate with the email and phone number from Eligibility AI. Choose “Select” to verify the email address first.  
  10. Click “Send me an email” to have a verification code sent to the MFA Management section of Eligibility AI. 
  11. Go to the MFA Management section and locate the code. Copy the passcode in the payer site and click “Submit”.  Your Guardian account should not be set up and ready to use.
