This article will walk you through how to create a new credential for Geha to be used with Eligibility AI.

  1. Go to https://identity.onehealthcareid.com/oneapp/index.html#/login and choose “Create One Healthcare ID” to create an account for a new user.
  2. Fill out the account information. Enter a first and last name and birthdate, followed by the email address generated in Eligibility AI then click "Continue".
  3. Paste in the verification code that was sent to the Eligibility AI email and click "Verify".
  4. A success message will appear! Click the X at the top right to continue. 
  5. Next, set up the Authenticator. Click the “Setup” button next to the Authenticator option. 
  6. Click “Unable to scan QR code?” to reveal the secret key. This key will be copied and entered into Eligibility AI.
  7. In Eligibility AI, go to Administration > Payer Credential and click "New Payer Credential. Select GEHA as the payer and paste in the secret key to the Authenticator Key field.
  8. Now that the authenticator key has been copied, go back to the account setup in GEHA; click “Continue”. 
  9. Then, generate a one-time passcode in Eligibility AI. This can be done by clicking "Get MFA Code", copy the passcode and use it to verify in GEHA. 
  10. With all required authentication methods complete, click “Continue”. 
  11. Reveal and copy the Recovery Code. Do not lose this code and make sure you record it somewhere.
  12. Continue through the account creation process by clicking “I agree” to agree to the terms and conditions
  13. Provide contact information to complete the registration process. Use the Eligibility AI generated phone number for this portion.
  14. Click "Finished". Your new GEHA credential should be ready to use now.
