How to Add New Payer Credentials

  1. Adding a new web portal adds a new tile to your dashboard. To add a new portal/tile, click the '+New Credential' button at the top right of the home page.
  2. This gives you a pop-up where the login credentials, along with any additional required information, can be entered for the selected portal. At a minimum, please enter the username, password, select the MFA method, and enter in the TIN in the Additional Information tab.
  3. Click the 'Create' button and a new tile will appear on your home page.
