Digital Application
1. An email will be sent to the owner with the link for the digital application with instructions on how to setup their CardPointe Account. They will be directed to the application review page where they can sign the application.

2. Create a username and password to review the application, agree & sign. This login will be used to access CardPointe, your portal to view monthly statements, tax forms, and chargebacks.

Logging into CardPointe
1. Using the same login and password created to review your digital application. Click Here to Access CardPointe

Monthly Statements
1. Click reporting, then Statements
2. Choose statement date and click download.

Tax Forms (1099-K)
1. Click reporting, then Form 1099-K.
2. Choose Tax Year and then click either Summary View or Detail View to download.

Chargebacks/Disputes
1. Click reporting, then Chargebacks.
2. Any disputes will be shown here.
